In every town

The same four kinds of work

Whatever the town, the call goes to the same number and the same truck.

  1. 01

    AC and heating repair

An air conditioner, heat pump or furnace that quit, diagnosed the day you call when the schedule allows — evenings and weekends included.

  2. 02

    System replacement

A new split system or heat pump when the old one is past fixing — one leaking into a garage was replaced within 24 hours of the first visit.

  3. 03

    Ductless mini splits

Single-zone and multi-zone ductless systems for additions, garages, log homes and rooms the ducts never reached, including Mitsubishi Electric multi-zone units.

  4. 04

    Ducts and dryer vents

Leaky or crushed ductwork repaired on site, ducts replaced where repair will not hold, and dryer vents run properly to the outside.

Questions people ask

Service areas: questions

How far from Wartrace will Bush’s Mechanical travel?

As far as Franklin, about 57.6 miles and 73 minutes from our base at 210 Sunset Blvd. Next come Brentwood at 69 minutes, the Nolensville Pike side of south Nashville at 65 and McMinnville at 61. Closest to home are Bell Buckle, Shelbyville and Normandy, each 16 minutes away or less.

If I live an hour away, what time should I call to be seen the same day?

In the morning, ideally. Franklin, Brentwood, McMinnville and Antioch each take about an hour or more to reach from Wartrace, and that drive comes out of a working day that ends at 8 PM. From Bell Buckle, Shelbyville or Normandy, a later call still leaves room. Either way, phone (615) 995-2682 instead of sending the form.

Which counties does Bush’s Mechanical Service work in?

Six in Middle Tennessee: Bedford, Coffee, Warren, Rutherford, Williamson and Davidson. Bedford is home, with Wartrace, Bell Buckle, Shelbyville and Normandy. Manchester is in Coffee County, and Tullahoma sits partly in Coffee and partly in Franklin County. McMinnville is in Warren, Murfreesboro and Smyrna in Rutherford, Franklin and Brentwood in Williamson, and Antioch in Davidson.

What if my town isn’t on your list?

Call (615) 995-2682 and ask before ruling us out. The twelve places on this page are the ones we name, and we serve most of Middle Tennessee around them. A town between two of them, say between Shelbyville at 15 minutes and Murfreesboro at 36, may be a shorter drive than Franklin.

Do you cover all of Nashville or just part of it?

The south side is the part we list: Antioch and the Nolensville Pike corridor in south Davidson County. From Wartrace, Antioch takes around 59 minutes, 48.9 miles by I-24 and Hickory Hollow Pkwy; Nolensville Pike runs about 54.7 miles and 65 minutes by I-24 and SR-155. For an address elsewhere in Davidson County, call and ask.
