Small, local, and on the phone
Bush’s Mechanical Service works out of 210 Sunset Blvd in Wartrace and keeps the same hours every day: 8 AM to 8 PM, weekends included. That one fact explains a lot of the reviews. People write about calling at 7 in the evening and getting a visit that night, or ringing on a Sunday afternoon and having somebody answer.
The name in those reviews is Tyler. He answers the phone, works out what’s wrong, orders the part and comes back to fit it. Misti T. described him pointing her to a bigger company that might have her part sooner — and then expediting it himself when she decided to wait.
What customers keep saying
57 reviews on Google, every one of them five stars as of October 2026. The word that keeps turning up is honest. Aaron: “There are plenty of companies that will rush work and give dishonest diagnoses, but not Bush’s.” Rhoda K.: “Fair pricing, excellent service, and easy to work with.” One reviewer, signing as The Gipper, put it shortest: “They are not trying to taking advantage of you.”
The owner answers reviews the way the business seems to answer the phone — briefly, by first name. “We’re glad to be of service! Thanks Aaron!” “Thank you for allowing us to service you Misti!”
The work
Residential and commercial heating and air: repairs and preventative maintenance, system replacements including coils and blower motors, ductless mini splits, and duct and dryer vent work. Refrigerant leak search and recovery, thermostat upgrades and indoor air quality are part of the same list.
