How far is McMinnville from Wartrace?
About 46.6 miles, and around 61 minutes behind the wheel. The route runs SR-64 to I-24, then SR-55 and SR-55 Business into town. That makes it one of the longer runs we make, so the way to get the most out of it is to call early in the day and tell us what the system is doing. The more we know before we leave Wartrace, the better the odds the right part comes along on the first trip.
What McMinnville houses are like
The median McMinnville home was built in 1973, by the Census Bureau’s 2020–2024 estimates, which makes the typical house in town a little over 50 years old. Only 74 of its 6,220 housing units are mobile homes, around 1 percent, though across Warren County, population 42,166, the share is 13 percent. The county’s housing is a bit newer than the city’s too, with a median year built of 1979.
In a house from the early 1970s, the original ducts may well still be in the walls and crawl space even if the outdoor unit has been changed more than once. Duct repair is often where comfort comes back without a new system, and in a room the ducts never served well, a ductless mini split can take over.
Hours and the first visit
The phone is answered 8 AM to 8 PM every day. For a repair, the drive time is part of the plan. For a full system replacement, a first look lets us price it on what’s actually there, from the size of the house to the state of the ductwork. Rhoda K.’s review is the shortest description of how that’s supposed to feel: Fair pricing, excellent service, and easy to work with.
McMinnville was on the list of towns the old Bush’s site served, and that’s the work we’re offering there now: an hour’s drive, made on purpose.
